ZONE SPECIFIC
Residents of the new "WC" (Woodcliff) zone will need to exchange, at no cost, their current residential permit for a "WC" permit. If you live on the following streets, the Parking Authority will be contacting you with information on obtaining your new permit:
- New York Avenue
- Hillcrest Place
- Marks Place
- Kamp Place
Residents of the new "LR" (Light Rail) zone will be able to exchange, at no cost, their current residential permit for an "LR" permit. If you live on the following streets, the Parking Authority will be contacting you with information on obtaining your new permit:
- 48th Street from Tonnelle Avenue to Grand Avenue
- 48th Street from Tonnelle Avenue to Dell Avenue
- 49th Street from Tonnelle Avenue to Dell Avenue
- Aschoff Place

LBT ZONE - 39th Street through 41st Street, east side of LIBERTY AVE to and including GRAND AVE. Residents require zone specific parking permit.
